Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview
This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Hanobi Peptides™, operated by Hanobi LLC.
At Hanobi Peptides™, every product is synthesized, purified, and quality-verified in-house under rigorous scientific and quality-control standards. Because our products are highly sensitive research chemicals, all sales are considered final except as expressly outlined in this policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Refunds & Returns Policy, Hanobi’s Terms of Use, and the Legal & Regulatory Notice included with all shipments.
IMPORTANT NOTICE — RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products sold by Hanobi Peptides™ are research chemicals intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only.
- Products are NOT for human or animal use
- Products are NOT for consumption, injection, implantation, or any form of bodily introduction
- Products are NOT intended for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use
Misuse of products constitutes a violation of Hanobi’s Terms of Use and may result in refusal of future service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the impossibility of verifying product integrity after delivery, Hanobi Peptides™ does not accept returns under any circumstances.
Returned research materials cannot be resold, reprocessed, or redistributed without compromising quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This policy protects the integrity of our products and the safety of the research community.
Order Issues (Missing, Incorrect, or Damaged Items)
If your shipment arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation at support@hanobi.com.
Required Documentation
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, including:
- Product(s) received
- Damaged packaging (if applicable)
- Shipping label
All claims are reviewed in accordance with Hanobi’s internal quality assurance and compliance procedures.
Refund Eligibility (Company Discretion)
Refunds or replacements may be considered only at Hanobi’s sole discretion under the following circumstances:
- Hanobi fulfillment error resulting in an incorrect product
- Shipping-related damage confirmed upon delivery
- Orders confirmed as lost or undeliverable by the carrier
Product Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a product quality issue upon receipt:
- Time Limit: Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
- Required Information:
- Order number
- Lot number (from product label)
- Detailed description of concern
- Supporting photographs (if applicable)
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Customer ordering errors
- Claims submitted after the applicable deadline
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used
- Experimental outcomes or research results
- Claims related to product effectiveness or “not working”
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Temperature damage due to failure to receive shipment promptly
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Any misuse or suspected misuse of products
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Order cancellations are accepted and fully refunded if requested before the order has shipped.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been released to the carrier, cancellations are no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, contact support@hanobi.com immediately and include your order number.
Subscription-related cancellations are governed by the Hanobi Subscription Policy.
Extreme Circumstances — Case-by-Case Review
In rare and exceptional circumstances, Hanobi may consider accommodations outside this policy.
Important Conditions:
- Requests must be submitted in writing to support@hanobi.com
- Must include detailed explanation and all relevant documentation
- Reviewed by management and require Legal approval
- Decisions are final, non-appealable, and do not set precedent
Response Time: 7–14 business days
Submission does not guarantee approval. The majority of requests are denied.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 10 business days
- Banks or card issuers may require additional posting time
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact support@hanobi.com.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless Hanobi is responsible for the error.
Replacement Shipments
If a replacement is approved in lieu of a refund:
- Replacement orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- A new tracking number will be issued
- Standard shipping timelines apply
International Orders
Hanobi Peptides™ does not currently ship internationally.
All orders must be placed and delivered within the United States.
No Guidance Policy
Hanobi does not provide information regarding:
- Reconstitution or preparation
- Dosing or concentration
- Administration or bodily introduction
- Expected effects or outcomes
- Product comparisons for effectiveness
Any inquiry suggesting use outside in-vitro laboratory research will result in a Refusal of Service Notification.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanobi Peptides™ shall not be liable for:
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Carrier delays or force majeure events
- Misuse of products outside their Research Use Only designation
Hanobi’s total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
Regulatory Disclaimer
All products sold by Hanobi Peptides™ are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research.
Products are not drugs or pharmaceutical preparations as defined under 21 U.S.C. § 321 and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Products are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. Bodily introduction into humans or animals is strictly prohibited.
