Overview

This Subscription Policy governs subscription-based purchases made through Hanobi Peptides™, operated by Hanobi LLC. It applies to all customers who enroll in recurring product deliveries or subscription programs offered on our website.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to this Subscription Policy in addition to Hanobi’s Terms of Use, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal & Regulatory Notice.

All Hanobi products are For Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for human or animal use.

Subscription Eligibility

Subscriptions are available only to customers who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction
• Are purchasing products solely for lawful laboratory, institutional, in-vitro, or research and development purposes
• Acknowledge and agree that all subscribed products are labeled For Research Use Only (RUO)
• Agree not to use products for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or consumption purposes

Hanobi reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate subscriptions based on compliance, qualification, or regulatory considerations.

Subscription Billing and Payments

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize Hanobi to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout.

Subscription charges will occur at the beginning of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Prices, taxes, shipping fees, and applicable discounts will be clearly disclosed prior to enrollment.

Payment methods are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Hanobi does not store full payment card information.

Failure to process payment may result in delayed shipment, suspension, or cancellation of the subscription.

Subscription Frequency and Fulfillment

Subscription frequency options may include recurring deliveries at intervals such as monthly or other designated periods, depending on product availability.

Subscription shipments are subject to product availability, inventory levels, and processing timelines. Hanobi reserves the right to adjust shipment timing or substitute fulfillment dates due to supply, quality control, or compliance considerations.

All subscription orders are subject to the same quality control, analytical verification, and RUO labeling standards as one-time purchases.

Changes to Subscriptions

Customers may modify or cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle by using the subscription management link provided in order confirmation emails or by contacting Hanobi support.

Changes made after a billing cycle has been processed may apply to the subsequent cycle.

Hanobi reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, frequency options, or product availability. Any material changes will be communicated prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellations

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled for that billing cycle.

Hanobi reserves the right to cancel or suspend subscriptions at its discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected misuse, compliance concerns, payment failure, or regulatory risk.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the fragile and sensitive nature of research peptides, Hanobi does not accept returns on subscription products.

Refunds are not provided for shipped subscription orders, except in cases of confirmed error, damage, or incorrect fulfillment by Hanobi.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Hanobi Refund Policy and issued to the original payment method.

Research Use Only Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a subscription, you reaffirm that:

• All products are For Research Use Only (RUO)
• Products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
• Products are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications

Misuse of subscription products constitutes a violation of Hanobi’s Terms of Use and may result in immediate termination of the subscription and refusal of future service.

Limitation of Liability

Hanobi shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations of subscription services resulting from supply chain issues, quality control requirements, regulatory considerations, payment processing failures, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanobi disclaims all liability for misuse of subscription products or failure to comply with applicable laws or institutional policies.

Changes to This Policy

Hanobi reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.

Continued participation in a subscription program constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
